On 31 May 2010, GDRG representatives took part in a meeting with the First-Vice-President of the European Commission - Catherine Ashton.

On 31 May 2010, Paweł Bagiński, Katarzyna Czaplicka and Robert Łuczak took part in a meeting with the First-Vice-President of the European Commission - Catherine Ashton.

The purpose of the meeting was an exchange of views on international cooperation and global politics. Present were representatives of eight non-governmental organisations and think-tanks concerned with this area of activity in Poland.
